These terms apply to the website and digital shop of Techsan Digi Solution Pvt Ltd, operated by Saurabh Vishwakarma, Founder & Operator.

Use of the site

You may browse public pages. You must provide accurate details when you register, inquire or check out. You may not attempt to access other customers’ orders, downloads, or the admin area, or interfere with the site.

Custom development

Project work is scoped in writing (email or proposal) before it is billed. Estimates are not a guarantee of a fixed price unless we say so. Source code ownership and licences for custom work are as agreed for that project.

Digital products

Shop products are licensed for use as described on the product page. Unless a product page says otherwise, you receive a non-exclusive licence for your own use or a single end project — not the right to resell the product as-is. You must not redistribute paid files.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Notify us if you think an account was used without permission.

Payments

Shop prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. An order is paid only after Razorpay payment is verified on our server. We do not treat a browser “success” message as payment by itself.

Limitation

The site and digital products are provided as described. We do not make unsupported claims of uptime, income or results. Liability for a digital product is limited to the amount paid for that order, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
