This policy describes how Techsan Digi Solution Pvt Ltd (“Techsan”, “we”) handles information on this website. Saurabh Vishwakarma, Founder & Operator, is responsible for this website’s content, operation, privacy practices, and advertising configuration.

Information we collect

We collect information you submit: name, email, mobile/WhatsApp number, billing details, project descriptions, and account passwords (stored as one-way hashes). When you buy from the shop we also store order, payment reference and download activity. Server logs may include IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

How we use it

To respond to project inquiries and provide custom development.
To create and maintain customer accounts, orders and digital downloads.
To send transactional email (verification, password reset, order and delivery notices) from our server mail configuration.
To process payments via Razorpay. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay, not stored on this server.
To keep the site secure (login throttling, audit logs, abuse prevention).

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with processors needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, Razorpay) or when required by law. Payment data is processed by Razorpay under their own privacy terms.

Retention

Account, order and inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service, meet accounting needs, or resolve disputes. You may ask us to update or delete account information that is not required for completed orders.

Cookies

We use a first-party session cookie to keep you signed in, protect forms (CSRF) and remember your cart. We do not use third-party advertising pixels on this site unless that is later disclosed here.
