Who operates this website?
Techsan Digi Solution Pvt Ltd is operated by Saurabh Vishwakarma, Founder & Operator. He is responsible for this website’s content, operation, privacy practices, and advertising configuration.
What kind of work do you take on?
Custom websites, Android applications, PHP/MySQL systems, APIs, admin dashboards, automation, web tools, scripts and digital products. If a request is a poor fit, that will be said plainly.
How do I start a custom project?
Use the contact form, email, or WhatsApp. Include what you need, any existing URL, and a budget range if you have one.
Do I need an account to buy a digital product?
Checkout collects your name, email and mobile. An account is created so you can sign in later for purchases and downloads. There is no social login.
How are digital products delivered?
After payment is verified server-side, you receive a short-lived download link (about five minutes). After that, signed-in customers can generate a fresh download from My Purchases / Downloads.
Which payment methods are accepted in the shop?
Shop payments are processed through Razorpay. Orders are marked paid only after the payment signature is verified on the server.
Can you list a completed project in the portfolio?
Yes, if both sides agree. Portfolio entries are added from the admin panel and are not invented for display.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Digital goods are generally non-returnable once downloaded. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the conditions that apply.
