Digital Product Delivery Policy

Techsan Digi Solution Pvt Ltd sells digital products. There is no physical shipping.

When delivery starts

Files are released after the payment signature is verified on our server against the order created in our database. A frontend “payment success” message is not enough on its own.

How you receive files

• A short-lived download link (about five minutes) is shown after payment and emailed to the address on the order.
• The link is a random token tied to that order, product and customer. It expires automatically.
• After the short window, sign in to My Purchases / Downloads to generate a fresh short-lived link.
• The actual file is stored outside public web folders and is only streamed after the server checks the token, order and payment status.

Multiple files

If a product has more than one file, the download page lists each authorised file. Storage paths are never shown.

Failed delivery

If email is delayed, use your account downloads page. If a file will not download, contact saurabh@techsan.in with the order number. We do not email the raw file as an unauthenticated public attachment.
