Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases and project work with Techsan Digi Solution Pvt Ltd.

Digital products

Digital goods are delivered electronically. Once a download has been issued, refunds are generally not available, because the files cannot be returned in a meaningful way. If a file is corrupt or the wrong file was attached, write to saurabh@techsan.in with your order number and we will replace the file or, where that is not possible, consider a refund.

If a paid order is refunded, download access can be revoked.

Unpaid or cancelled checkouts

Orders that stay in pending payment, fail, or are cancelled at the gateway are not charged. You may place a new order if you still want the product.

Custom development

Cancellation of custom work depends on how far the project has progressed. Work already completed may be billed. Any advance or milestone terms agreed in writing for that project take precedence over this general policy.

How to request a review

Email saurabh@techsan.in or WhatsApp +91 70072 85020 with the order number and the reason. We record refund status in the order so a Razorpay refund can be processed when one is due.
